It is with great sadness that we have received the news that Tito Enrique Guevara Estrella has passed away.
Tito was originally from Ecuador, and through a long musical life he has distinguished himself as a unique percussionist and flutist with whom we have had the great pleasure of collaborating for many years.
Together with his band Sonora Cimarrón , he performed Melafestivalen with children's stories and concerts, he has held percussion courses with us and coordinated activities Melafestivalen . In 2018, he arranged the monthly concert series «Palladium Latin Nights» on Melahuset and also played several concerts for kindergartens at Melahuset .
We will remember Tito Guevara as an inspiring and outstanding musician.
