Your event at Melahuset

Do you want to rent the Melahuset for an event? At Melahuset, we have two rooms, MelaSalen and MelaUpstairs, which are available for actors who want to hold meetings, talks, concerts, seminars, conferences or stage productions such as theater or dance performances.

Mela Hall

This is the house's largest hall. Here there is room for 400 standing spectators, 250 people with rows of chairs and 150 with a cafe setup. The hall is well suited for concerts, stage performances, larger seminars and conferences, talks, book launches, poetry evenings and DJ/club evenings. The MelaSalen is also equipped with a separate grand piano that can be moved in front of the stage.

Lobby / Small Stage

The MelaSalen can be divided so that there are two smaller rooms for smaller events, and the foyer has also now been arranged as an additional stage. The resulting space is perfect for acoustic or more intimate concerts, talks or lectures. Here there is room for 50 guests with a cafe setup.

MelaUpstairs

This room is on the second floor of the house. It has a small stage and large windows that let in a lot of light. MelaUpstairs is suitable for smaller concerts and seminars, meetings, debates, conversations and film screenings. There is room for 30 seated guests and we can offer different chair layouts depending on wishes and needs. The room also has its own sofa group.
