- The sound of Oslo

Fargespill returns to the Mela Festival's main stage, and through song, dance and rhythm they invite the audience with them on a journey from Sri Lanka, through Poland, Uganda, Congo - and then back to Oslo. Along the way, the audience also gets the chance to explore what similarities the fast Afro fusion steps have with the soft movements of classical Tamil dance. Fargespill Oslo consists of children, youth and young adults from all over the city, and on stage everyone is invited to take part in Fargespill's community through simple steps that the performers learn from the stage!
