Urban Rebels Production and Melahuset have the pleasure of inviting you to a concert with the electronic duo Tøndra. Prior to the concert, there will be a conversation about Sami identity, exclusion and queerness.

TØNDRA is a Sami electronica duo from Alta and Kautokeino and is best described as an airy mix of analog and digital sound textures with modern impulses. The music plays at the intersection of dark club music and warm, Sami electronica. Over the past year, TØNDRA has performed at several different venues in Norway and internationally, serving up hard-hitting club sets consisting of masks, dancers and always a pride in being from Finnmark and Sápmi.
In the pre-talk you will meet the artists, where the theme will be "what is Sami identity", exclusion and queerness. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and have a conversation with the artists.
