Xavier Valverde is a Bolivian singer, songwriter and poet based in Oslo. In April 2016, he released his poetry collection “Testament”, and then worked on what would become his debut album “Arde Oslo” in March 2020, “Oslo Brenner”, where songs and poems live side by side. The title song that opens the album, “Arde Oslo”, is a journey through the city and the different worlds that live in it, with all its contradictions and suffering, but also the tenderness that is reflected in the people from all over the world who live here. His music reflects two worlds, it is a rebellion against our time, a meeting, a journey through the Latin American continent from the heights of the Andes to the depths of the fjords.

Cisca arrives with his band to Melahuset for a special evening. The young Chilean-Norwegian artist is only 23 years old and has already conquered several stages in Oslo.
On May 30th, she released her long-awaited debut album, an honest blend of roots, rhythm, and emotion. She is currently writing and recording new music. Her stage presence is intimate, fresh, and deeply personal. Get ready for a concert full of energy and connection.

Lecquian it is the musical project of Francis Lecquian, born in 2005 in the city of Rancagua in Chile. At the beginning they developed a hard rock in the style of 80s bands with marked heavy metal overtones. From this period they released an EP. “Promocional” in 2005 and then an LP. called “Rockerazo” in 2007. In 2009 it developed into songs that tended towards a folk rock sound, and they began to define their music as “hard folk” with the release of the acoustic album “Existencial”, which contains the song “Volviendo a nacer” (Birth again), which is a regular part of the band's concerts. In 2012 they arrived in Norway, and from Oslo they began to develop their base with some live performances where they have recorded some demos and some singles that they hope will be part of larger productions in the short term. Over the years, he managed to return to play in his country, touring various cities throughout Chile in 2015, 2017 and 2019. In recent years, it has been difficult to consolidate a stable lineup after several attempts, but perseverance is an important part of the Lecquian spirit, which is why this new lineup will mark the debut of their 2025 lineup, consisting of Francis Lecquian (guitarist and vocals), Jerson Román (bassist and backing vocals), Jorge Fuzz (lead guitarist) and Hlib Malov (drummer). With this formation, they will review classic songs from their first period, some with a more “Hard Folk” twist and others more recent like Amazing and their latest single “Funky Moon”.

Hege Anita is a Norwegian singer/songwriter.
Although she is strongly influenced by blues, jazz and soul, she has gone her own way when it comes to creating music.
Her first album "Hege" was released in June 2017. It is a collaboration with Irish-born pianist Josh Johnston, and contains a few up-tempo numbers alongside the more reflective tracks. You could say that the album is a journey and an end to the past. She strongly believes in putting soul into both lyrics and melody, and that that is what will make a difference, not what genre music is labeled as. Hege Anita released two Christmas songs in November 2018 and is currently also spending time in Kleiva Studio in Halden where she is recording a new, Norwegian album to be released in 2022, "Æ gir blanke".
