Tabanka Dance is known for its rhythmically engaging artistic performances at the Opera and Dansens Hus as well as from Norwegian Talents and from Melafestivalen . The company has built a solid name abroad with over 26 countries under its belt. Tabanka specializes in dance with roots in Africa and the Caribbean and is active in the fight against racism and discrimination and for melanin-rich lives. Tabanka had its breakthrough on the Melascenen in 2008. Tabanka celebrates its 15th anniversary and starts the celebration on the Melascenen.
