The modern folk singer Naseebo Lal has become incredibly popular thanks to his huge repertoire of romantic songs and cover songs. She can refer to over 100 albums, more than 1,500 songs, many of them for film and television productions, and is without a doubt one of the greatest living female artists in Pakistan. In January, she created a goosebumps mood when she performed the song "Tu Jhoom" with Abida Parveen in the popular show Coke Studio.

On Melafestivalen she performs two concerts: one where she sings famous and beloved songs from her long career, and a concert where she pays tribute to Noor Jehan.
