DJ Rekha is the producer, curator, teacher and founder of Basement Bhangra, one of New York City’s longest-running club nights, and one of the first to combine bhangra with hip-hop. Their dynamic DJ sets combine dance music from the South Asian diaspora with other global sounds, creating an inclusive dance floor filled with joy and energy. DJ Rekha has played festivals, clubs and communities around the world, collaborating with artists such as Wyclef Jean, Panjabi MC and Bikram Singh.

Good vibes and danceable bhangra are guaranteed when Balli Beats offers his original "Balli Beats", as well as his Punjabi mixes. He has played at Breaking Borders Festival together with Talwiinder, VG-lista, Øya and Oslo Mela. He is a versatile artist who started making his own beats for his favorite songs early on and has drawn musical inspiration from everything from rappers like Karpe, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent, to Punjabi singers Chamkila, Manak, Bindrakhia and Gurdas Maan.

DJ Gill knows how to set the mood from the first song. With high energy, smooth transitions and an inclusive style, he ensures a dance floor in constant motion. Expect a good atmosphere, party energy and a sound that brings the night to life.
