Melahuset will be filled with nice, chill reggae rhythms when the Family Reggae Disco comes with DJs and MCs. There will be Spinn Sirkus activities for the whole family and the Heritage Africa Festival invites you to a concert and workshop for young and old.

Here the whole family can come to dance and have fun with activities together with other families.

Family Reggae Disco started at Nordic Black Theatre on the theatre boat MS Innvik in January 2005. It has been a great success and they have worked all over Norway, England and Brazil. The concept has received very positive reviews in newspapers, radio and TV.

Spinn Sirkus provides activities for young and old. Maybe you want to learn how to juggle or spin a plate on top of a stick? You can learn this and many other things from the skilled circus instructor Leon.

Children's concert & workshop with Heritage Africa Festival  

Join us for an energetic experience for the whole family! Experience live dance, song and music from West Africa with the Heritage Africa Festival. After the concert, we invite you to an interactive workshop where children can explore dance, sing together and try different instruments. It's about participating, sharing and creating together in an inclusive community. Suitable for children from 3 years and up, accompanied by parents.
