Roots Invasion are back at Melahuset for their monthly reggae special spectacular. Be prepared for deep deep basslines, riddims full of culture, and spiritual dubs!

Coming at you LIVE & DIRECT on the night, Jacob Roots will take Mela on a live dub journey with one of his infamous grounding sessions. This entails a unique exploration of the meeting points between Nordic and Afro-Caribbean melodies in modern minimalistic techno/steppers dubstyle.

Also live on the night, Macca Root – The Frequency Channeller. A powerful voice for our much troubled times, spreading a message of unity, truth and resilience.

And finally, Singa D – Our beloved brother from Sweden will be joining us, toasting and chanting on the mic with pure delight! Real roots, love and humbleness.

Roots Invasion are a traditional reggae sound system – with custom built speaker boxes, a custom made pre-amplifier, unique sirens, sound effects and a whole lot of vibes! 12 years of playing strictly dubwise, with absolutely no compromise!
